YE4 series Ultra High Efficiency Three Phase Asynchronous Motor (IP55)

1.概述

YE4系列（IP55）超超高效率三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)（機(jī)座號(hào)80～355）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)：電動(dòng)機(jī)）是效率達(dá)到國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC 60034-30《單速三相籠型感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)效率分級(jí)》最新版本中的IE4效率要求的低壓全封閉自扇冷式超超高效率鼠籠型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)，其效率值完全達(dá)到國(guó)家《中小型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)能效限定值及能效等級(jí)》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB18613 中的能效1級(jí)要求，為目前全球最高效率的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，效率由測(cè)量輸入-輸出功率的損耗分析法確定（按GB/T 1032-2012中11.3的規(guī)定）。

YE4 series (IP55) ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 80 ~ 355) (hereinafter referred to as: motor) is the three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor with efficiency of IEC60034-30 international standard in latest version of IE4 of "single speed three-phase cage induction motors efficiency classification" . Its efficiency value completely reaches the class 1 energy and efficiency standard of GB18613 in “Middle and Small Three-phase Asynchronous Motor Energy and Efficiency Limit and Classification” which is the highest standard. Its efficiency is determined by analysis method of measuring the loss of input and output power, (confirm to regulations of 11.3 in BG/T1032-2012)

該產(chǎn)品可廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，如機(jī)床、水泵、風(fēng)機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)，也可適用于運(yùn)輸、攪拌、印刷、農(nóng)機(jī)、食品等各類(lèi)動(dòng)力傳輸系統(tǒng)。

The motor is widely used in many fields in national economy, such as machine tools, water pump, blower, compressor, as well as to be used in the field of transportation, mixer, printer, agriculture machinery, food etc.

電動(dòng)機(jī)的安裝尺寸和功率等級(jí)符合IEC國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，與德國(guó)DIN42673標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一致， 其外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP55，冷卻方式為IC411，連續(xù)工作制（S1）。采用F級(jí)絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)，但全系列溫升按B級(jí)考核；并要求考核負(fù)載噪聲。

Motor’s mounting dimension and power rating completely confirm to international IEC standards, and are accordance with German DIN42673 standard. The frame protection class is IP55, cooling method is IC411, continuous working duty is S1, class F insulation is adopted, but the temperature rise is assessed according to class B standard, noises on-load is examined according to the requirements as well.

電動(dòng)機(jī)額定電壓380V，額定頻率50Hz，功率范圍0.75～375KW，包括2極、4極和6極電機(jī)。功率在3kW及以下者為Y接法，其它功率均為Δ接法。

The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, rated frequency is 50HZ, power range is from 0.75KW to 375KW, including 2P, 4P and 6P. The connection method is Y for motors below 3KW, Δ connection for other motors.

電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行地點(diǎn)的海拔不超過(guò)1000m；最高環(huán)境空氣溫度隨季節(jié)變化，但不超過(guò)40℃；最低環(huán)境空氣溫度為-15℃。當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)在海拔超過(guò)1000m或最高環(huán)境空氣溫度高于 或低于40℃下使用時(shí)，按旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 755的要求進(jìn)行修正。

The altitude of the motor should be less than 1000m. The maximum ambient air temperature varies with seasons change, but it should not exceed 40℃, and the minimum ambient air temperature is -15℃. When motor use in the area with altitude over 1000m or the maximum ambient air temperature is higher or lower than 40℃, motor should be modified according to the requirements of the rotary motor standard GB 755.

H80～160機(jī)座號(hào)為全封閉軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，H180及以上機(jī)座號(hào)為開(kāi)啟式軸承，前、后軸承帶不停機(jī)加注裝置。電動(dòng)機(jī)帶防冷凝排水孔。電動(dòng)機(jī)常規(guī)電線(xiàn)盒為頂出線(xiàn)，也可根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求做成右側(cè)出線(xiàn)、左側(cè)出線(xiàn)。接線(xiàn)盒可旋90°和180°，方便用戶(hù)不同位置出線(xiàn)。

Frame H80 ~ 160 motor is with fully enclosed bearing structure, frame H180 and above is with open type bearing, DE and NDE bearing with non-stop filling device. Motor is with anti-condensation drain hole.  Ordinarily the terminal box is on top, it can also be made on right and left according to user requirements. The terminal box can be rotated 90° and 180 °, which is convenient for the user to get off the line in different positions.
